A lesson in self defense will be taught to ladies ages 12 and up. A CMPD trained officer will give a brief talk on how to stay safe and then teach some hands on techniques on how to defend oneself. This is a FREE program for CWSRC members and their guests. Registration is preferred, but walk ins are accepted.
